Nil’s (Jazz) Ensemble, la banda liderada por el músico de jazz, arreglista y compositor Nilo Espinosa, se subió al carro de grabar versiones de éxitos internacionales, bajo el nombre Sangre Joven.

Este single de 1975 está repleto de sonidos funky y disco impregnados en aromas tropicales: ‘Zamba, Zamba’ es una fiel versión del original de Elkin y Nelson que alcanzó las listas de éxitos en 1974; ¡un clásico baleárico! ‘Lindo Caballito’, en el otro lado, es un temazo de boogaloo para la pista de baile con toques de descarga jazzy y latin rock.

Nil’s (Jazz) Ensemble, the band fronted by jazz musician, arranger and composer Nilo Espinosa, jumped on the bandwagon of recording covers of international hits under the name Sangre Joven.

This 1975 single is loaded with tropical infused funky and disco sounds: ‘Zamba, Zamba’ is a true-to-the-original version of Elkin & Nelson’s 1974 chartbuster; classic balearic vibes! ‘Lindo Caballito’, on the flipside, is a boogaloo dance floor number with an extra Latin rock and jazzy descarga touch.
